The five members of the leadership team of the institute went to the Department of Energy and Power Engineering at Tsinghua University and the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics for study and research on April 7th.

On the morning of April 7th, the college delegation visited the Department of Energy and Power Engineering at Tsinghua University for research and exchange. Department Director Xu Ruina, Party Secretary Li Yuhong, Deputy Department Directors Ma Linwei, Yang Zhen, Tan Lei, and relevant responsible persons attended the research and exchange meeting. At the meeting, Li Yuhong, Secretary of the Party Committee, gave a detailed introduction to the experience and practices of integrating the Party building business of the college. Xu Ruina, Director of the Department, gave a detailed introduction to the college's educational philosophy, disciplinary construction achievements, talent training effectiveness, and faculty building. The attendees conducted comprehensive and detailed discussions and exchanges on disciplinary development, talent introduction, organized scientific research, and international platform construction. After the discussion and exchange, the team visited the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of the Department of Energy and Power Engineering.

On the afternoon of April 7th, the college delegation went to the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics for research and exchange. Party Secretary Yan Zhuomining, Vice President E Riqitai, Li Guo, Li Ting, and relevant leaders attended the research and exchange meeting. Yan Zhuomining warmly welcomed the college and Li Ting introduced the relevant situation of the School of Energy and Power Engineering. Subsequently, both sides had in-depth exchanges around disciplinary development, talent introduction, organized scientific research, and international platform construction. And discussed how to further deepen the forms and channels of cooperation and exchange in the future.

Through research on Tsinghua University and Beihang University, the college will carefully learn and draw on the advanced experience of its sister colleges, establish close cooperative relationships, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent exchanges.
