The Consul General of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan, Xiang Bo, was invited to attend the graduation ceremony and extended warm congratulations to the graduating students of Lingyun with excellent results. Xiang Bo mentioned in his speech that the leaders of China and Russia reached an important consensus on enhancing bilateral educational cooperation during their meeting in Beijing in May this year, creating more favorable conditions for the expansion and deepening of exchanges between universities in the two countries. The cooperation between Northwestern Polytechnical University and Kazan National Research Technical University in the fields of mutual talent cultivation and joint scientific research has achieved fruitful results, with the Lingyun Class being a high-quality project that fully reflects the effectiveness of the educational cooperation between the two universities. He also urged the students of Lingyun to set lofty goals, harbor patriotic hearts, and make due contributions to the development of the motherland and the continued progress of China-Russia relations upon their return after completion of their studies.

Mission commitment, international communication.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Power and Energy, Wang Zhanxue, praised the students at the graduation ceremony for being the first batch of students from the "Lingyun Class", setting a good example for the comprehensive cooperation between Xi'an University of Technology, Kazan Aviation University, and Samara University. He wished everyone to continuously achieve new brilliance with a self-improving and upward life attitude, reaching for the infinite horizons and sailing confidently with the wind. He hoped that the students would remember their mission, make youthful contributions to the country's aviation industry, and pass on the baton of Sino-Russian friendship relay, allowing more fruitful results in Sino-Russian scientific and cultural exchanges. Wang Zhanxue, on behalf of the college, presented each graduate with a graduation gift containing a model of a certain type of aircraft engine, a "one dormitory, two academicians" signature, and a "forging swords for the country" ornament.

Historical heritage, cooperation and win-win.

At the graduation ceremony, China and Russia recalled the history and looked forward to the future. Northwestern Polytechnical University has a long history of cooperation with Kazan National Research Technical University. As early as 1957, Kazan Aviation Institute (now Kazan National Research Technical University) assisted Northwestern Polytechnical University in establishing the Aircraft Engine Department, laying the foundation for cooperation in the aviation field. Over the years, the two sides have continuously deepened their cooperation and achieved significant results in talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and other areas. The "Flying High Class" project, as the latest achievement of cooperation between the two universities, not only continues the deep roots of the two universities in the field of aviation, but also opens a new chapter for educational cooperation between China and Russia.

Kazan National Research Technical University Vice President Yakupov expressed the hope that Lingyun students will not only apply the knowledge they have learned to the country's development, but also remember the history between the two schools, promote cooperation and development between the two schools, and make a positive contribution to the further deepening of the friendly relations between China and Russia. Margsumova, Dean of the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Power Engineering Faculty of Kazan National Research Technical University, also sent blessings to the students, wishing them a bright future.

Kazan National Research Technical University's Head of Jet Engines and Power Plant Department, Mingazov, reviewed the continuous teaching and research cooperation with the School of Power and Energy at Northwestern Polytechnical University since 2006, and the process of promoting the LY Class program, expressing earnest expectations and best wishes for LY students.

Thank you, the future is promising.

"Today's achievements are inseparable from the care of the consulate, the hard work of the leaders of the two schools, the International Cooperation Office, the teachers of the college, and the support of family members." As the student representative of Lingyun Class, Mai Tian expressed gratitude to the diplomatic staff from the Consulate General in Kazan, teachers from Northwestern Polytechnical University, and parents attending the ceremony. When recalling the four years of university life, Lingyun students not only gained knowledge and friendship, but also strengthened their future direction in growth. They will continue to pursue their dreams with the expectations of their alma mater and bravely move forward in the new journey.

Youth has no regrets, live up to the beauty.

"Youth works hard for a lifetime, do not be lazy in moments of time." The first group of Lingyun students have interpreted the belief of "where there is a will, there is a way" with four years of effort and practical actions, always keeping in mind "flying above the sky, leading with determination". Overcoming numerous difficulties with high self-discipline and perseverance, they have solid basic skills, solid professional knowledge, and successfully graduated from their undergraduate studies with high quality.

Rolling clouds, full of heroic ambitions, let's embark on the journey of mountains and seas together. Graduating from college is not the end of dreams, but a broader starting point in life. May every Lingyun student continue to stay true to their original aspirations, forge ahead courageously, and live up to their youth. In the years to come, may they proudly say, "We have not let down the party and the people of our country who have nurtured and expected us!"
